Ishant Sharma is one of the youngest and most promising cricketers in the Indian Team. Sharma comes across as something of a deviation in the Indian side with his Tall and lean physique at 6'4" (192 cm). Ishant Sharma started his career with a debut against Bangladesh. One of the earliest career highlights which proved his mettle was capturing five wickets in a game leading India to a series win. However, on the batting field, Sharma sweated hard for reinforcing and safeguarding his place in the team while picking 5 wickets during the third test in Bangalore. His performances in the Twenty20 games weren't as good as expected having conceded runs at more than 8.5 per over and not having picked up too many wickets.
